Biography
Pat Fraley is an American voice actor and voice‑over teacher who has worked primarily on animated television series. In the 1987 *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* series he voiced Krang, Casey Jones and Baxter Stockman, and in the 2003 *Stuart Little* animated series he provided the voice of Falcon. He is also a member of Voice and Speech Trainers of America, indicating his involvement in voice and speech training.
