Kirk Acevedo

Kirkland M. Acevedo is an American actor known for his roles in both television and film. He is best known for playing Miguel Alvarez in *Oz*, Joe Toye in *Band of Brothers*, and FBI Agent Charlie Francis in *Fringe*. His notable film roles include appearances in *The Thin Red Line*, *Dinner Rush*, and *Dawn of the Planet of the Apes*. Acevedo also portrayed José Ramse in *12 Monkeys* from 2015 to 2018 and played Ricardo Diaz / The Dragon in *Arrow* from 2017 to 2019.
