Ayisha Issa

Ayisha Issa is a Canadian actress and martial arts practitioner who has appeared in both English- and French-language television series and films, including *Dark Matter*, *Unité 9*, and *Brick Mansions*. She is a skilled Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner and has won the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation World Championships twice—once in 2010 as a white belt and again in 2014 as a blue belt. She holds the rank of brown belt and previously owned a dojo in Toronto. In addition to her on-screen roles, Issa has provided voice acting for video games, including *Far Cry Primal* and *The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan*, for which she received a BAFTA nomination for Performer in a Supporting Role.
