    Biography

    Yoshitsugu Matsuoka is a Japanese voice actor from Hokkaido, affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise. He has received critical recognition, including the Best New Actor award at the 6th Seiyu Awards in 2012 and the Best Lead Actor award at the 10th Seiyu Awards in 2016. Matsuoka is widely known for voicing prominent characters such as Kirito in *Sword Art Online*, Inosuke Hashibira in *Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba*, and Sōma Yukihira in *Food Wars!: Shokugeki no Soma*.

    He has contributed his voice to a wide range of anime and video games, including *No Game No Life*, *The Quintessential Quintuplets*, *Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?*, and *Genshin Impact*. As of June 17, 2019, he holds the Guinness World Record for the most unique sound bites provided by a voice actor in a mobile game, with over 10,000 words in *Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?: Memoria Freese*.
