    Tsutomu Isobe is a Japanese actor and voice actor from Tokyo, recognized for his work in dubbing a wide range of international actors into Japanese. Among his most notable roles are the dubs for Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Chow Yun-fat, Peter Weller, Tim Allen, Sean Bean, Choi Min-sik, and Stringfellow Hawke from *Airwolf*.
