Biography
Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer, collectively known as the Duffer Brothers, are American film and television creators who collaborate on all their projects. Identical twins, they are best known for creating, showrunning, and executive producing the Netflix supernatural science fiction horror series *Stranger Things* (2016–2025). The brothers also wrote and directed the horror film *Hidden* (2015) and contributed as writers and producers to the Fox science fiction series *Wayward Pines* (2015–2016). They founded the production company Upside Down Pictures, which operates under an overall deal with Netflix.
