Tetsuya Mizuguchi is a Japanese video game designer, producer, and businessman known for his innovative approach to game design. He co-founded the video game development company Q Entertainment alongside former Sega developers. Mizuguchi began his career at Sega, where he worked as a producer for the Sega AM3 arcade team, developing titles such as *Sega Rally Championship* and *Sega Touring Car Championship*. Later, he led Sega's United Game Artists division, responsible for creating *Rez* and *Space Channel 5*.
Mizuguchi is particularly recognized for integrating interactive synesthesia into his game designs, blending audio and visual elements to create immersive experiences.
