    Biography

    Simon Phillip Cowell is an English television personality, record executive, and entrepreneur known for his work as a judge on various talent competition shows. He has appeared on British programs such as Pop Idol (2001–2003), The X Factor, and Britain's Got Talent (2007–present), as well as their American counterparts: American Idol (2002–2010), The X Factor (2011–2013), and America's Got Talent (2016–present). Cowell founded Syco Music in 2002 and later established Syco Entertainment in 2005, which became a major force in the entertainment industry.
