Sheridan Caroline Sian Smith is an English actress and singer known for her work in British sitcoms. She gained prominence through roles in *The Royle Family* (1999–2000), *Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps* (2001–2009), *Gavin & Stacey*, and *Benidorm* (2009). Her career has earned her multiple awards, including two Olivier Awards, a British Academy Television Award, a National Television Award, and two International Emmy Award nominations. In 2015, she was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for her contributions to drama.
