Marvel 1943: Rise Of Hydra Delayed To 2027

Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra, originally expected to release this year, has been delayed to 2027. Shawn Kittelsen, a senior executive at Paramount Games Studio, explained that the delay is due to producer Amy Hennig's commitment to quality and the challenges of building a studio and game simultaneously, especially during the pandemic. The game is being developed at Skydance New Media, now under the Paramount Games Studio umbrella. The team is working with a relatively small staff to achieve AAA quality, aiming for a more sustainable development model. Hennig is also working on a new Star Wars game, but Paramount plans to finish Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra first.
