Scott Simpson

Nelson Scott Simpson is a retired American professional wrestler. During the 1980s and early 1990s, he competed under the ring name "The Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff, a moniker inspired by the nickname of fan favorite "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, who also coined it for him. Koloff entered the National Wrestling Alliance alongside his "Uncle" Ivan, as part of an act designed to showcase Soviet dominance and ultimately challenge NWA World Champion Ric Flair. Physically imposing, he was also referred to as the Russian Road Warrior. Initially billed from Moscow in the Soviet Union, he later became associated with Lithuania following the dissolution of the Soviet Union.
