Paul McGann

Paul John McGann is an English actor known for his roles in film and television. He gained prominence for his performance in the 1987 black comedy *Withnail and I*. McGann is also recognized for portraying the eighth incarnation of the Doctor in the 1996 television film *Doctor Who*. He later reprised the role in licensed audio dramas starting in 2001, and appeared as the Doctor on screen again in 2013 and 2022.
