    Biography

    Mike Kim is a business consultant, author, keynote speaker, and nonprofit founder known for his work with North Korean refugees. Between 2003 and 2006, he lived near the China–North Korea border, where he gained firsthand insight into the challenges faced by refugees from the region. During this time, he founded Crossing Borders, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and support to North Korean defectors. Through his work, Kim has become a prominent advocate for refugee rights and cross-cultural understanding.
