Michael Chiklis

Michael Chiklis is an American actor, producer, and director who has appeared in notable television and film roles. He received critical acclaim for his performance as LAPD Detective Vic Mackey in the FX series *The Shield*, which aired from 2002 to 2008. For his role, he won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2002 and a Golden Globe in 2003. Chiklis also starred as Ben Grimm / the Thing in the *Fantastic Four* films *Fantastic Four* (2005) and *Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer* (2007).
