Fable Reboot Expansion Announced Ahead Of 2027 Release
Microsoft and Playground Games revealed the Fable reboot at the Xbox Games Showcase, but the event did not cover all major announcements. Following the showcase, Playground Games announced the first expansion, Order of the Hero, which will launch after the main game's release. The expansion takes players to a new region of Albion, where they will explore a cult and shape its future. The Fable premium edition, priced at $100, includes the expansion and early access to the game. The reboot was originally scheduled for release this year but has been pushed to 2027. It will be available on Xbox, PC, and PS5. Marvel actor Hayley Atwell will voice the game's main villain, with the next gameplay reveal set for June 10.
