    Biography

    Masako Nozawa is a Japanese actress primarily known for her work as a voice actor. She began her career as a child actress at the age of three, before shifting her focus to voice acting. Nozawa is best known for voicing Son Goku in the Dragon Ball franchise since the first animated adaptation in 1986. She also voices several of Goku's male relatives, including Son Gohan, Son Goten, and Bardock. In addition to her work on Dragon Ball, she has provided voices for various other characters, such as Kitarō and Medama-oyaji in *GeGeGe no Kitarō*, Doraemon in the 1973 anime, and Tetsurō Hoshino in *Galaxy Express 999* (1978). Throughout her career, Nozawa has been associated with multiple production companies, including Production Baobab, 81 Produce, her own Office Nozawa, and Aoni Production.
