Laura Silverman

Laura Jane Silverman is an American actress known for her comedic and dramatic roles in television. She is the older sister of comedian Sarah Silverman and has appeared in projects featuring her sibling, including a fictionalized portrayal of herself in *Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic* and *The Sarah Silverman Program*. Silverman also starred as Jane Benson in *The Comeback*, a comedy series co-starring Lisa Kudrow, and provided voice work as Laura, a sarcastic receptionist, in the animated series *Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist*. In addition to her comedic work, she has made guest appearances in dramatic series such as *House* and *Nurse Jackie*.
