Jerry Bruckheimer

Jerry Bruckheimer is an American film and television producer whose work spans a range of genres, including action, drama, comedy, fantasy, horror, and science fiction. He started his career in advertising after college before moving into film production in the 1970s. During the 1980s and 1990s, Bruckheimer partnered with Don Simpson to produce a number of high-profile films, a collaboration that continued until Simpson's death in 1996. Among the films Bruckheimer has produced are *Flashdance*, *Days of Thunder*, *The Rock*, *Crimson Tide*, *Dangerous Minds*, *Con Air*, *Armageddon*, *Enemy of the State*, *Pearl Harbor*, and *Black Hawk Down*. He is also known for producing several popular film franchises, including *Beverly Hills Cop*, *Top Gun*, *Bad Boys*, *Pirates of the Caribbean*, and *National Treasure*.
