Ghostface Killah

Dennis David Coles, known professionally as Ghostface Killah, is an American rapper and a member of the influential hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. The group achieved breakthrough success with their 1993 album *Enter the Wu-Tang*, after which Coles launched a successful solo career, debuting in 1996 with *Ironman*, an album that received critical acclaim. He continued to gain recognition with subsequent albums such as *Supreme Clientele* (2000) and *Fishscale* (2006), both of which were well received by critics. Ghostface Killah's stage name is inspired by a character from the 1979 kung fu film *The Mystery of Chess Boxing*. In addition to his music career, Coles is the founder of his own record label, Starks Enterprises.
