Etsuko Kozakura is a Japanese voice actress from Mizuho, known for her work in anime and video games. She was previously affiliated with Ohsawa Jimusho before founding her own agency, Little Portal, alongside her husband Jin Domon. Among her notable roles are Daizu Noyama in *Azuki-chan*, Ryo-Ohki in the *Tenchi Muyo!* series, Coquelicot in *Sakura Wars*, Piplup in *Pokémon*, Tamama in *Sgt. Frog*, and Yōhei Yamada in *Chi's Sweet Home*.
