Dave Grohl

David Eric Grohl is an American musician and songwriter best known as the founder and frontman of the rock band Foo Fighters. As the lead singer, guitarist, and principal songwriter, Grohl has been the only consistent member of the band since its formation. Prior to launching the Foo Fighters, Grohl gained prominence as the drummer for the influential grunge band Nirvana, with whom he played from 1990 to 1994. His work with both bands has solidified his status as a major figure in modern rock music.
