Carlos Carrasco

Carlos was born in Panama City, Panama. He came to the United States on an acting scholarship to Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. After further study at the University of Illinois and Wayne State University in Detroit, he launched his professional career in New York, making his Broadway debut in the Circle-in-the-Square's production of *The National Health*. He continued with extensive stage work, performing at numerous regional theaters across the country, including the Hartford Stage Company, Atlanta's Alliance Theater, and Los Angeles' Mark Taper Forum. In addition to his performance career, Carlos has pursued a parallel path in arts administration, serving as Executive Director of the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors in New York, as a panelist for the New York State Council on the Arts, and as a co-director of the JACK Arts Ensemble in Los Angeles.
