Biography
Avan Tudor Jogia is a Canadian actor, author, and director who began his career as a child performer. He first received attention for his portrayal of Danny Araujo in the 2006 television film *A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story*. After moving to the United States in his late teens, Jogia appeared in several television series, including *Caprica* (2009–2010). He gained wider recognition for his role as Beck Oliver in the Nickelodeon series *Victorious* (2010–2013).
